Pita mene jedna mala divna devojčica: -KAD HRANIŠ BEBU, GOVORIŠ LI- LETI, LETI AVIONČIĆ?
Moja beba u tom trenutku ima mesec dana. Nasmejala sam se i objasnila joj kad se to govori. Eeeee došlo je vreme za poletanje 
Beba, koja je na dohrani, može da krene sa kašicama kada napuni četiri meseca. Posavetujte se sa doktorom pre nego što počnete...
Napominjem da je ovo iz ličnog iskustva. Mi smo prvo počeli sa instant pirinčanom kašom, mogu i druge žitarice, davali smo je na flašicu, pre podne. Može da bude prvi jutarnji obrok (doručak), ili prepodnevna užina. Pre tog obroka sam bebi davala kapi protiv grčića, jer mogu da je muče gasovi. Ako je beba zdrava i rodjena u terminu ne bi trebalo da ima problema. Dva dana dajete na flašicu, a treći dan spremite kašicu prema uputstvu.
UVEK KADA UVODITE NOVU NAMIRNICU, UVODITE JE PRE PODNE! Razlog je jednostavan: bebu može da boli stomak zbog novog načina ishrane ili da dobije alergiju, lakše je da to propratite u toku dana ili da se javite lekaru.
Posle žitarica, uvedite šargarepu. Operete, oljuštite, iseckate i obarite, možete je u blenderu izmiksati, a možete i viljuškom gnječiti. Za početak je bolje u blenderu, a za posle gnječenje, da bi beba naučila da žvaće. Da se ne navikne da samo guta. U sve kašice možete dodavati Ad mleko. Posle šargarepe, slede krompir, bundeva, tikva, banana, jabuka, kajsija.
Ako beba lepo prihvata kašicu, raspored flašica bi trebalo da bude 4 u toku dana + 1 obrok. Pisaću još o ovome.
